Get away from it all when you stay under the stars by the beach. Welcome to Payag sa Baibai by Teza. A Charming Beach Hut, beach front with powdery white sands! The tide, in season brings and takes away broken corals and pebbles though which adds to the charm.

A hut that is deep in the forest, coastal road 3mins walk, with fully Functional kitchen and toilet-shower, running electricity and water, traditional Poso , karaoke, parking. Exclusive to your group! Option to add tents at beach.

Tempat
We have a rustic hut all made of natural materials, roofed in Nipa which allows natural cooling of our space. You will have the access to the whole hut except the caretaker’s room.

We can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests. 8 sleeps in the hut, 4 on each tent (x3)There will be matresses, pillows and fresh linens for the guests.

The base rent here is just for 2 person as we allow intimate bookings with option to add a headcount when necessary at P400 per extra pax. You can book up to 16 here and just pay the extra on site.

The beach is free and you will have free access to electricity (charging and sounds only), shower and toilet. The kitchen is free to use as long as you clean as you go, wash all the dishes and kindly dry the area. Consumables however are not included with the rental so please bring your own condiments and drinking water, you can buy these next door for convenience. We have allocated a space in the refrigerator for you to place your food. Barbecuehan is free. Rice cookers, washing machine, cooking stove and coffee makers are up for rent if you need it. Many other items are available for rental on site:

The coastal road is still under construction and bringing of materials and taking out requires a lot of energy hence we require all guests to bring your garbage with you when you leave as we want to protect the seas. A garbage sack is for sale at the store.

We are still part of the jungle, fell free to roam around and explore the coastal community. You can buy the fisherman’s fresh catch in the morning (they paddle and don’t use motorboats) evening and midnight when the hunters come back to bring giant squid with just their spear. It’s cheap, environmental and fresh, please do not haggle. Support local.

We have no wifi, no cable but the tv can karaoke and can carch some loval channels with Baron Antenna.

I love to travel. There is something about being in different places, various times, breathing many lives; it's polishing my soul.
