In our south-facing sun-drenched apartment with a large balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountain.

The interior is very personal and stylishly designed, prefect to feel comfortable. The state of preservation of the apartment meets every demand for quality.

The bathroom and all floors were completely renewed a few years ago, as well as the large south-facing balcony. Valuable carpets and high-quality furnishings provide a dignified atmosphere.

In our apartment, the applicable hygiene rules are observed, to the best of our knowledge and adapted to the given possibilities. All necessary and recommended cleaning and disinfecting agents are available in the apartment. Thanks to these precautions, our apartment bears the label " Clean & Safe" created by the Swiss Tourism Federation.

The apartment is your ideal starting point for activities and excursions of all kinds! Centrally located in the district of St. Moritz Bad right outside the front door there are restaurants for delicious food, cafes, shopping for a leisurely stroll and bus stops that regularly drive in all directions to the Engadine. Shopping for groceries are within walking distance in about 7 minutes. There you can buy everything you need for your daily needs. Do not forget to equip the cheese and sausage counter with regional delicacies. The waiters are very friendly and will advise you. The beautiful swimming pool Ovaverva with wonderful SPA area is just around the corner, as well as a ski rental and a bike rental. You are also within a 3-minute walk on Lake St. Moritz, always inviting you for a round walk. In about 20 minutes you can then directly walk into St. Moritz village with its picturesque houses, imposing hotels and luxury boutiques and seductive restaurants and cafes.

My family began to rent holiday apartments in switzerland in 1969. My grandfather loved the region around St. Moritz so much so he just bought the first apartment. They went there nearly every weekend so my father basically grew up there and he himself felt in love with this beautiful place on earth. Some more apartments were bought as my grandfather thought it would be nice to give friends and other relatives the chance to get to know St. Moritz. Later on, he passed this business to my father. My dad was keen in renovating the apartments and buying new furnitures and using new technologies to give them a more modern touch. Since 5 years I am strongly supporting my dad, for I also feel very passionate about this region! I learned how to ride a bike there and I was able to ski even before I could walk!

So since 2012 my dad an me run our little family project. He is in charge of cooperations and is the good soul who loves to chat about the region and has a lot of knowledge to pass to our customers. I am working in the field of online marketing in Germany trying to support him with "this internet thing" :) It is a lot of fun and we are happy about every satisfied customer. Working together as father and daughter is a gift and even more if we can show people the beautiful region of St. Moritz.
