The reason the house is priced so low is because we have to go to The Netherlands and we need someone reliable to take care of our cat while staying in the space.

Tempat
This a newer home, built 2019 in an award winning neighborhood! You will have 1 of the 3 bedrooms (2 rooms will be closed off) and the whole house all to yourself, including the private backyard that has a fire pit, and you will have access to all the amazing amenities of the community (pool, gym, bbqs) there is also a BBQ in the yard.

In exchange for the rate, We ask that you take care of our cat by feeding her and cleaning the litter box . We also have indoor fish that need to be fed twice a day as well as an outdoor pond in the backyard that will need to have fish fed.

This is a beautiful home, very nicely decorated, and a great place to get some r and r and see beautiful Nashville! All we ask in return is to take care of cat and fish and keep house clean.

I am Dutch and a free spirit, am a widow, but he gave me a beautiful daughter I adore. She lives in L.A. now. I love people and animals. Worked for the Netherlands Consulate in LA, lived in Curacao several times, The Netherlands, Norway, Las Vegas, San Diego, Miami, Los Angeles and SLC. UT Have traveled and lived in many places in the US, Colombia Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, (what a beautiful country and people,)Dominican Republic, all over Europe. And now in Nashville for the last 2 1/2 years, 1 of the fastest growing city in the country.
It reminds me a lot of Holland with the scenery. Plenty to do here, especially if you like the music scene and life music! :) and I would add "who doesn t!!"
Am easy going and flexible, I do love to have a nice Home, love decorating it and making it cozy "gezellig" as we say. Love plants and flowers and there are lots of them! I love all kinds of food and am always open to try new things. I feel mi casa es su casa:)
