Imagine waking up to the sound of the Ionian Sea, or spending your afternoon with a glass of wine on the large balcony watching the sunset. This beautiful coastal apartment at Bougainville Bay has it all. The interior is spacious and bright, with great floor-to-ceiling windows offering sea views.

The apartment is designed by the Architect of our family, our mom, who's catered her design to intertwine with the bougainvillaea flowers and the hills of the olive groves in the city of Sarandë.

This apartment offers a great vacation for couples (2 adults) and couples with kids (2 adults with 1 or 2 kids). It has:
- 1 living room (w. sleeper sofa),
- 1 bedroom (1 bed + portable bed),
- a very large balcony,
- 1 kitchen + a dining table
- 1 bathroom, with all the necessary amenities.

The apartment is part of the Bougainville Bay resort, which gives you access to the entire complex, 5 different pools (inc. rooftop and saltwater), a private beach, underground parking, bars, high-end restaurants, a fitness club and more. Use of the resort amenities might require paying a daily fee per person.

For detail-oriented guests, in the following, we have described the apartment in detail.

- The living room is spacious, with a large and modern sofa, which is convertible to a bed. The living room has an all-around sea view via a large balcony which is accessible through 2 balcony doors and has amenities like a Smart TV (with Netflix), Wifi, casual books and board games.

- Once you step out on the balcony/patio, the most beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises can be found. You can choose to eat your meals with a view, or just casually lounge on the chaise that's provided with the accommodation. The awesome fact is that you'll be able to see the Greek Corfu island from the balcony, which is 5 miles away from the place by boat.

- If you are a fan of indoor cooking, we have a modern kitchen with all utilities, including a dishwasher, freezer and refrigerator. The modern kitchen kits carefully selected by our mom will also serve to decorate your dining table for a pleasant meal with your loved ones under the theme of the 'ocean mammals'.

- The 1-bed bedroom is comfy and can be cooled with our modern A/C equipment. If you need extra space, we have an additional portable bed for your kids or guests. We provide a set of covers on the bed, and a spare one if you are to stay for more than 2 nights. The bedroom has all the amenities like hangers and a clothing iron to make you look good.

- The bathroom is new and modern, and we offer the basic cleaning products that you will need during your stay at the accommodation. If you need to refreshen your clothes, we also have a new washing machine for your use.

The neighborhood is dominated by the presence of the Bougainville Bay resort, which is one of the most exciting places to be in Sarandë for a summer vacation or get-away.
