Sage House is a great house in the country town of Narrogin. It's a three bedroomed timber house with bathroom/laundry and kitchen renovated, simple , natural and comfortably practical.
Three bedrooms, a kitchen dining and tv room. A queen and 3 x king singles .Reverse cycle air conditioning, is completely self contained kitchen with all you need for a break away.
Plenty of parking, 10 min walk into town.

Sage House has a huge garden and the patio sits under massive trees with a bbq available and you can have a fire outside, logs define the firepit, it is well set up for a holiday but works as a functional house for workers...the kitchen is well set up for cooking..
Plenty of room for secure parking behind a gate if required. Backyard is securely fenced for pets.

Quiet and safe country town.
Stunning places like Dryandra Woodland Barna Mia and Yillaminning Rock are close to visit.
The spectacular crescent of lakes ,Toolibin around 6 lakes to White Lake that have been full the last few years are full of birdlife.
A few cafes and galleries make it worth a visit too.
Organic pizza oven on once a month at the Gnarogin Community Gardens markets , Saturday morning.

Our water is heated and power generated by the sun, and grey water is used by our trees.
I grew up in Africa, and appreciate to call Australia home now where we live on 160 acres of reserve woodland.
I love this as a world where men are proud of their maleness, and women revel in their femininity.
I have lived now for more than half of my life to the man of my dreams, we have four children and two grandchildren...the sweet pleasure of time we have to spend with them is enhanced by the wonderful folk who choose to stay at our Freostayv Village and support our lives by doing so.
