Grandiose location right in the heart of Munich. A stone's throw from Marienplatz!

The place has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge + freezer and a dishwasher. You're very welcome to mix up some fruits in the blender or crisp some sandwiches in the contact grill.
As I really love sleeping I treated myself with a brand new super comfy queen sized boxspring bed - from which you will be able to benefit too. Lucky you!

The large desk is where all the great business is happening. Feel free to use my audiophile hi-fi equipment along with the 77" OLED TV. The fast wifi internet reaches a speed up to 50 Mbit. If you need anything on paper the wireless printer will get that for you.

Enjoy some chill evenings on the couch with Netflix, Amazon Video or YouTube. I'd say it's one of the highlights in my apartment. ;)

This place really is super central! Marienplatz (2 min), Viktualienmarkt (2 min), Rindermarkt (1 min), Odeonsplatz (7 min), Sendlinger Tor (5 min).
Along with good choice of bars, restaurants and cafés the notorious Hofbräuhaus is a very short walk from the apartment. The Oktoberfest can be reached by subway - 2 stops with the U3/U6 from Marienplatz.
