I can't call it bar (but they serve alcohol), I can't call it open-air, I can't call it disco (but they have music). It's something fantastic and special.
You can get there by bike, choice a place to seat (or just hang in the weed), order some beer, wine, or sparkling water. Maybe some food. Relax, look at the stars, enjoying relaxing music.

We have a swimming bus in Budapest. It takes half of way by the road, like normal bus, then dive into Danube and swim like a boat. Very enjoyable attraction. You can read here about it:
