First owner of this 2021 home, and I am using the extra bedrooms for AirBnb rentals. I reside in the home on the 1st floor and the other bedrooms are individual listings. This rental covers the Blue Bedroom on the 2nd floor and shared Gold Bathroom. Bathrooms are stocked with lots of travel-sized toiletries. The 1st floor features the following shared spaces: open living area, casual dining, kitchen with a large island, gym, and patio. The 2nd floor has a large shared loft/study space.

between The Woodlands Town Center and burgeoning Springwoods Village, offers walkable access to an array of local shops, restaurants, bars, a newly renovated HEB grocery store, and green spaces. The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion with its indoor/outdoor amphitheater and The Woodlands Waterway, home to a mix of riverfront eateries, are just a short drive away with easy access to I-45, downtown Houston is also just minutes away.
