The Booze Cooperativa, housed in a three-story neoclassical building at 57 Kolokotroni Street, is a living room, an open club of exchanging ideas and a meeting ποιντ of people who share the same artistic philosophical and spiritual concerns. NOt only it creates a framework for cooperation but also favors creativity in all fields expression. Back in 1989, it was known to the public as the most innovative bar of Athens. Today renewed the activities as Booze Cooperativa and gives the audience a well organized cafeteria, showrooms and theater scene. In October 2010 the Booze Cooperativa expanded its areas by adding another five thousand square into its existing surface. A block of buidings, right next to the historic property of Kolokotroni 57, became a part of the multiplex offering new meeting places for the Athenians and creation place for artists. The expansion includes a large gallery, even two bars, an art gallery, book presentation space (Etage Litteraire), seminar room, a restaurant (under construction), and many other places that gradually will build to contribute to housing cultural and other happenings. The Booze Cooperativa hosts alternative performances, theatrical performances, amateur or professional groups, with only charge a nominal amount for the maintenance of the site and without participation in ticket receipts.

Is an old place in Athens with nice music and a lot of artistic events happens. A bar and gallery open everyday and all day can enjoy the real Athinean style
