You will be renting a fully functioning apartment in our home in Yorktown's historic district. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished. There are no long term rental discounts as your rent includes all utilities (water, sanitation, electric, internet, and trash pick up). We want to rent to respectful, clean, and considerate singles who are here for military, work, or college. We are not a short term rental, therefore you must rent our space for at least 90 days to stay in our home.
