In this Sunset/Sunrise Tour of the Condado Lagoon you’ll be exposed to the unique beauty of San Juan while learning to ride a Stand Up Paddleboard. We’ll meet at the Jaime Benítez National Park, where I'll teach you the basics (including how to get back up on the board after falling, my husband says “it’s not fun unless you fall”) and if you’re already familiar with paddleboarding, I’ll lead you into getting a nice core workout out of this experience. Then we'll paddle around the lagoon, where I’ll share the ecological history of the San Juan Bay Estuary. All of this while enjoying a stunning sunset or a fresh morning paddle. During my 8 years of paddleboarding in the Condado Lagoon, I’ve floated with a family of manatees, I'd say there's a good 75% chance of having a safe encounter with a manatee during my tour, and I’ve also spotted jellyfish, stingrays, schools of fish, and all kinds of cool marine life. This experience is all about what you want it to be. I host small groups (no larger than 4 guests) so we can enjoy a personal experience where we can connect with nature while surrounded by peace and beauty.

We begin by relaxing and connecting with the Earth below, waves out front, sun shining through the trees and the fresh ocean air. We then learn a variety of ways to breath consciously, mindfully move your body and meditate.

Authentic sailing is culture, having a conversation with a local, with the power of the wind, no engine noise, no crowds, no fake pirates, no straight cats, no crowds, no need to scream . . . we sail sideways, aboard a real racer cruiser (J30), with a toilet and a cabin, just real life sailing. You'll get to see a different perspective of old San Juan, with complimentary drinks, all you can have, feeling save but free, in parties no larger than 4 people, good for special moment, or turning this moment into an special one. Learn about our History. We usually start with a City Tour of Old SanJuan where you get to see Castles and Forts built by Spain in 1500s to fight pirates or enemies that wanted to invade. We stop by the Capital Building, Cobblestone Streets, Monuments, Forts etc.. Cruise down the beautiful coastlines that Puerto Rico has. You'll get to stop in some beaches all beautiful in there own way. Some good for swimming and others better for just pictures. Feel our energy. Art is very important on this island. This is why we take you through a town covered with Art, where local artist express their talent with beautiful murals. Taste our traditional fritters we have in Loiza. "Alcapurrias, Bacalaitos, Empanadillas " and more. You may even taste our local beer like " medalla, magna, ocean lab" etc. . We go through some "villages" so you can try our cuisine and learn a bit of our African heritage. Get to be a "boricua" for a day. Get ready to go back in time. The City of Old SanJuan was founded in the year 1521 making it the Oldest City in Puerto Rico and the second oldest City in The Americas. Yes, its that old. This tour is driving and stopping at all the sites where we walk a bit. We will be driving and walking by the Captal Building, Castles, Forts, Cobblestone Streets, Colorfull Buildings, Art Galleries etc.. every picture you take in Old SanJuan is beautifull and unique so make sure you bring your camera. We will also learn everything there is to know about the City and the island. Remember you will be going with a certified Tour Guide this way you get the Correct Information everywhere you stop.
