There is a style of restaurants throughout Japan called “tachikui,” which si where you stand and eat. This is a tachikui soba restaurant, and the recommended menu is the shouga kakiage udon (or soba). This is definitely something fans of ginger won’t be able to get enough of! Prices are around $5.
