Burger Project Macquarie Place

I might be biased, but I think our Burger Project makes some of Sydney’s best burgers, and the prices are ridiculous. We use grass-fed Cape Grim beef to hand-grind and hand-form our own patties—which no one does—cooked with nothing but sea salt. The shop is a sleek mix of dark greys, and we’re right by the harbour. Have a malted vanilla shake with your burger. The shop has fantastic big windows looking straight out onto the harbour. Basically, we go about building our business around making the best burger in the world, and you can eat it with one of the best views in the world, and burger prices start at $8.90. It’s crazy when you think about it!
