It’s quite a simple affair at Mont Rouge with a bit of a French feel, they have some lovely wines and home made food like pizza, sausage rolls and rillettes. There’s an enclosed space to eat when it’s cold, and an outside deck if the sun is shining. For a larger groups I would recommend calling ahead, as they can only accommodate a limited amount. This a very low key affair; service is slow, no one is rushing, they’re not chasing any chef hats, come here if you’re wanting a very personal winery experience. The pinot noir and pinot gris are both lovely.
